Australian Shipping

BOWtique's postage within Australia is through Australia Post.  All parcels are posted using registered Australia Post. This avoids any parcels being lost. 

 

International Shipping

BOWtique ships internationally. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs internationally. It is recommended you contact BOWtique prior to placing your order, for indicative shipping costs to your destination.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the personal nature BOWtique products. If you feel that your product is faulty please contact BOWtique within 7-days to discuss a replacement. BOWtique is renowned for excellence in customer service. Should you have any queries or concerns, please be sure to contact BOWtique immediately to resolve.

 

Stock Control and Processing Times

All orders are completed on a first order, first completed basis. Orders will ship within 48 hours. However please allow extra time during busy periods e.g.: Christmas. Some items may take longer to complete, due to their handmade nature. Further product details and time frame can be viewed on the product page. Please consider this when placing your order. If you need particular items by a certain date, email BOWtique to ensure your timeframes can be met.

 

BOWtique strives to have all stock available using inventory control. However, at times there may be stock shown that is no longer available. If a product you have ordered is no longer available at the time of your order, BOWtique will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a choice of refund or exchange, or if the item is going to be restocked BOWtique will notify you.
